About me

My name is Maurizio Guerrazzi and since I was 16 my life has run behind the stove. I learned at the beginning to support my superiors, then beeing a Chef.

My first master was my mother. She is the one who taught me the passion and love for cooking: those aspects that even today, after almost 30 years of work, are poured into my dishes.

Nowadays, being passionate about your work is a rare fortune and I am convinced it is a quality to be preserved.
